Buying the Property and Listing It This is the classic method of buying a property for the purpose of renting it out on Airbnb. With this strategy, you can build a tremendous amount of wealth through equity as well as income. The downside is that you do have to buy the property which does require cash and possibly credit to finance the purchase of the property. However, if you've been a big fan of our channel for a while, you know that we buy properties using owner financing and raising capital! 2.) Airbnb Arbitrage This is a very popular method today. This strategy involves NOT owning the property but rather renting the property from another landlord, furnishing the property, and listing it on Airbnb. This strategy does require the consent of the landlord to make it possible. The downside to this method is that you're not building equity because you don't own the house. While you may own the right to furnish the property and collect revenue, you don't get to build equity. This is a very popular way to quickly build income through the Airbnb platform. 3.) Co-Hosting Airbnb Co-Hosting involves in managing other people's Airbnb listing.
